Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 350°F.

Place green beans into a shallow 1.5-L baking dish.

Stir soup, cream cheese, soy sauce and black pepper in a medium bowl until combined. Stir gently into beans. Sprinkle potato sticks and almonds overtop.

Bake until heated through, about 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
