Creamy Turkey Ragout Recipe
Heat a large saucepan over medium. Add butter, then celery, carrot and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes.
Whisk water and gravy mixes in a medium bowl until smooth. Add to vegetable mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Stir in turkey and milk. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, covered, 3 minutes.
Serve over rice or pasta.
