Crispy Rice Square & Chocolate S’mores
Microwave chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl on high for 30 seconds. Stir. Heat until melted and smooth, about 15 to 30 more seconds.
Break each graham wafer in half. Spread 1/2 tbsp melted chocolate over each half. Sandwich each crispy rice square between two chocolate covered graham wafers. Set on a plate.
Refrigerate until chocolate is firm, about 5 to 10 minutes. Wrap well and keep in a cool dry place.
