    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 375°F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

    Combine bread crumbs with soup mix in a shallow baking dish. Coat drumsticks in crumb mixture, rolling in mixture twice to ensure good coverage. Arrange drumsticks on prepared sheet. Lightly spray drumsticks with more cooking spray.

    Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of drumstick reads 165°F, about 35 minutes. Serve immediately.

    To make in an air fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Add 1 to 2 tbsp vegetable oil to four drumsticks. Air fry until browned, crispy and no longer pink inside, about 25 to 30 minutes. Repeat in batches of four until all drumsticks are cooked.
