Crunchy Rosemary & Bacon Bites Recipe
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then top with a wire rack and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut the strips of bacon in half widthwise.
Top each cracker with a few rosemary leaves. Wrap each loosely with half a strip of bacon.
Transfer to wire rack on prepared sheet, 1 inch apart, seam side down.
Bake until browned and crispy, 55 to 65 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
