Fresh fruits in a curry and yogurt dressing add an Indian flavour to cooked turkey. In India, curry powder is a blend of 20 seasonings. Curry powders in North America aren't as sophisticated, but still a healthy alternative to salt!

Ingredients

1 cup
Cooked Turkey
1/2 cup
Celery
1/2 cup
Cantaloupe
1/4 cup
Pineapple chunks
1 tbsp
Slivered almonds
2 tbsp
Low-fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp
Light mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp
Curry powder

Directions

Prep: 15-Minute

    In a bowl, combine turkey, celery, cantaloupe, pineapple and almonds.

    In a second bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Stir into turkey mixture, cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
