Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally. Combine oil, sugar, paprika, cumin, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Rub onto chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Oil grill. Barbecue chicken until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part reads 165°F, about 4 minutes per side.
Remove chicken to a plate and cover with foil. Let rest 5 minutes.
Spread mayo onto sausage buns. Top with hot sauce, pickles, tomato and cheese.
Place two pieces of chicken breast onto each bun and garnish with parsley.
