This sweet Dutch baby recipe—which is basically an oversized popover—is topped with a mix of fresh berries and dusted with cinnamon and icing sugar. It's a new brunch idea that everyone in the family will love!

    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 475°F.

    Whisk eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla and salt in a large bowl until smooth.

    Heat a 12-inch oven-safe frying pan over medium. Add butter until melted.

    Add batter to hot pan, then transfer pan to oven. Bake until puffed and golden, 9 to 11 minutes.

    Scatter berries overtop. Dust with icing sugar and cinnamon. Serve immediately.
