Easy Balsamic Focaccia Bread

This freshly baked focaccia is made extra easy with an ingredient shortcut: refrigerated pizza dough! Add balsamic vinaigrette dressing to the pan before baking for added flavour. Tip: You can dress up focaccia with your favourite fresh herbs and cheese. Here we chose rosemary and Parmesan, but chopped thyme or sage would work well, too.

    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 375°F.

    Pour dressing into a 9x13-in pan.

    Add pizza dough. Turn to evenly coat. Press out dough to cover bottom of pan.

    Sprinkle with rosemary and cheese, pressing gently into dough.

    Bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
