Easy Berry Ice Cream Cake
Stir 1½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs with ½ cup melted butter, then press into parchment-lined 9-in. spring form pan.
Freeze 20 min. Stir 1 cup each raspberries, blackberries and blueberries into a large bowl of 1.5L softened vanilla ice cream.
Swirl in 1 tbsp honey. Spread over crust, then freeze until firm, 4 hrs.
Remove cake from pan. Spread ¼ cup chocolate-hazelnut spread, warmed, overtop. Garnish with more mixed berries. Serves 10.
