Grilled Biscuits Recipe
Tip: Serve biscuits with sweet cream and fresh fruit.
Spray a large disposable foil roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Stir flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Gradually stir in cream until mixture just comes together in a dough.
Roll dough out on a lightly floured counter to ¾-inch thick. Use a 2½-inch cookie cutter to cut out 12 biscuits. Transfer to prepared pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat one side of barbecue to high for indirect grilling (one side will be lit, and the other will not.)
Place pan of biscuits on barbecue grate over unlit side. Grill, lid closed, until biscuits are light golden on tops and bottoms, about 15 to 22 minutes.
