Easy Grilled Greek Souvlaki Recipe

A great summer dish, this grilled Greek souvlaki recipe really makes the most out of juicy pork tenderloin. This meal is so delicious you'll want to make it every day— so you can also switch it up by substituting cubed chicken, or adding fresh or dried herbs to the oil mixture!

    Preheat barbecue to medium. Soak skewers in warm water for 20 minutes. Stir oil with lemon juice, garlic and salt in a medium bowl. Season with pepper. Add pork to oil mixture and turn to coat. Thread onto skewers, alternating with onion.

    Oil grill, then barbecue skewers with lid closed, turning occasionally, until pork is golden and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to plates and tent with foil to keep warm until ready to serve.
