Easy Pad Thai Recipe
Combine shrimp, soy sauce, oil, lime juice and Sriracha sauce in a medium bowl. Cover and marinate 5 minutes.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add shrimp. Cook, turning once, until shrimp is almost pink, about 2 minutes.
Prepare Thai Sweet Chili Noodles Side Dish according to package directions. During the last 2 minutes of cook time, stir in peanut butter and shrimp until combined. Pour egg over noodles. Reduce heat to low. Cook, covered, until egg is set and shrimp turn pink, about 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions, peanuts and bean sprouts, if desired.
