This quick and easy pad Thai recipe features shrimp with one of the quickest marinades: 5-minute Asian chili sauce. With spicy peanut noodles, fresh green onions and crunchy peanuts, this 25-minute meal can be made on repeat week after week (without any complaints).

    Combine shrimp, soy sauce, oil, lime juice and Sriracha sauce in a medium bowl. Cover and marinate 5 minutes.

    Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add shrimp. Cook, turning once, until shrimp is almost pink, about 2 minutes.

    Prepare Thai Sweet Chili Noodles Side Dish according to package directions. During the last 2 minutes of cook time, stir in peanut butter and shrimp until combined. Pour egg over noodles. Reduce heat to low. Cook, covered, until egg is set and shrimp turn pink, about 2 minutes.

    Garnish with chopped green onions, peanuts and bean sprouts, if desired.
