1. Grill each hot dog 5 to 6 minutes, turning frequently or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. 2. Place each hot dog into bun. 3. bacon slice onto hot dog followed by sauerkraut, pickles and cheddar cheese. 4. Drizzle with ketchup. 5. Serve immediately.
