    Heat a pot over medium-high. Add beef and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.

    Add Knorr Sidekicks, diced tomatoes, beans and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, about 7 minutes.

    Serve rice garnished with sour cream, cheese and green onion.
