Heat a large pot over medium-high. Add beef and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink, about 4 to 5 min.

Add Knorr Sidekicks, tomatoes, beans and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, about 7 minutes.

Divide amongst bowls. Top with cheese, sour cream and green onions.
