Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 400°F.

Pat chickpeas dry with paper towel. Place on a large rimmed baking sheet.

Toss chickpeas with oil and taco seasoning to coat.

Bake, stirring chickpeas occasionally, until crispy, about 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
