Avocado & Salmon Burger Recipe
Stir egg, green onion, dill, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl until combined. Gently stir in salmon and avocado.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add 1 tsp oil, then scoop two heaping 1/2-cup portion of salmon mixture into pan. Press each into a 1-in.-thick round patty. Cook until bottoms are golden-brown and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until salmon is cooked through, about 3 more minutes.
Repeat with remaining 1 tsp oil and salmon mixture. Serve on buns with your favourite burger toppings.
