Frozen Chocolate Tiramisu Squares

Espresso-dipped vanilla wafer cookies. White-chocolate and cream cheese whip. Grated chocolate. This layered dessert is decadent, impressive AND incredibly easy to make (it only takes 20 minutes to prepare before it goes into the freezer). Serve chocolate tiramisu in small squares to delight dinner guests.

    Line an 8-in square pan with plastic wrap, with ends of wrap extending over sides.

    Beat cream cheese in a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium, until creamy. Gradually beat in condensed milk, then melted white chocolate until combined. Fold in whipped topping.

    Pour espresso into a small bowl. Dip both sides of 25 wafers, one at a time, in espresso. Arrange wafers on bottom of prepared pan. Cover with half of cream cheese mixture, then sprinkle with half of grated chocolate. Repeat layering with remaining wafers, espresso and chocolate.

    Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Use plastic wrap handles to remove dessert from pan to a platter before cutting to serve.
