
Low-Fat Ice Cream Parfaits

A refreshingly guilt-free parfait made with Breyers® ½ the Fat Vanilla Light Ice Cream. Layer ice cream with chopped mixed fruit (strawberries, mangoes and blueberries), granola and honey, and repeat. Tip: Make these with vanilla yogurt and you have a breakfast parfait!

Sprinkle half of granola into two parfait glasses.

Top with half of fruit, then scoop 1/4 cup ice cream over each.

Repeat layering of remaining granola, fruit and ice cream. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
