Prepare this scrumptious take on muesli the night before so it's ready when you are in the morning. Made with juice, fresh fruit, yogourt and oats, you can feel good about getting up and at 'em! Serve with sliced strawberries and peaches (or what's in season), with nuts on top.

Combine yogurt, oats and apple juice in a large bowl, mixing well.

Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Oats keep well, refrigerated in an airtight container, for up to 4 days.
