Garlic & Rosemary Mashed Potatoes
Cover potatoes with water in a pot set over high. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, until potatoes are fork-tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain potatoes and return to pot.
Add milk and butter to potatoes. Mash to your desired consistency. Sprinkle with salt, parsley, garlic powder, rosemary and black pepper. Stir until combined.
