    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 425°F.

    Place margarine in a shallow roasting pan. Place in oven until melted, about 2 minutes.

    Add vegetables, garlic and rosemary. Stir to coat.

    Roast, stirring every 15 minutes, until vegetables are golden and crisp, about 50 minutes.
