Sesame-Ginger Carrots & Broccoli
Cover carrots with water in a medium saucepan set over high. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Gently boil until almost tender, about 5 minutes. Add broccoli and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Drain.
Heat a large frying pan over medium. Add margarine, bell pepper, sesame seeds, ginger and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until bell pepper is tender, about 3 minutes.
Add carrots and broccoli to pan. Cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
