Ginger And Maple Glazed Carrots
Place carrots in a saucepan and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil over medium-high. Boil until tender-crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.
Return saucepan to stovetop over medium-high. Add butter, maple syrup and ginger. Add drained carrots. Stir often until glazed, 2 to 3 minutes.
