
Warm Goat Cheese Salad Recipe

Pour flour into a small bowl. Beat eggs in another small bowl. Pour hazelnuts into a shallow dish.

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil. Coat half of goat cheese slices in flour, then coat with beaten egg. Coat completely with hazelnuts. Place in hot oil and fry 1 minute per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with remaining goat cheese slices.

Stir mayonnaise, lemon juice, poppy seeds, lemon zest, salt and black pepper in a large bowl until combined. Add greens. Toss to coat.

Divide salad amongst plates. Top with warm goat cheese rounds.
