    Melt Becel® Buttery Taste margarine* in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook corn with onion, stirring occasionally, until corn starts to brown.

    Stir in zucchini, garlic, oregano and black pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
