Granola Crumble Apple Crisp
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 350°F. Spray a 2-L casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour, lemon juice and 1 tsp cinnamon in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Transfer apple mixture into prepared dish.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, 4 tbsp flour and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a food processor. Add granola and margarine. Pulse until just combined. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake until golden and bubbling, about 55 minutes. Transfer to a rack and let stand 20 minutes before serving.
Serve crisp with a scoop of ice cream, if desired.
