Greek Kebab Recipe With Pork Tenderloin
Soak about 20 wooden skewers in hot water for 30 minutes.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, vinegar, thyme, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add pork and toss until well coated. Let marinate for about 30 minutes.
Preheat barbecue or grill pan to medium-high. Thread pork onto skewers. Grill pork skewers, turning occasionally, until no longer pink inside, about 10 minutes.
TIP: If desired, add your favourite vegetables to skewers to grill alongside pork.
