Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Combine pork, onion, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup of the dressing in a large bowl just until blended. Shape into 12 meatballs, then place on prepared sheet.

Bake until done an instant-read thermometer inserted into the centre reads 160°F, 20 minutes.

Fill pita with meatballs, tomatoes, red onions and olives. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup of the dressing.
