Green Chile Pork Tacos
Reserve 1/4 cup green chile marinade in a small bowl.
Place pork roast in a slow cooker. Pour remaining green chile marinade overtop. Cook until fork-tender, 8 hours on low.
Combine sour cream, avocado and reserved 1/4 cup green chile marinade in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Transfer pork roast to a cutting board. Shred or roughly cut. Add pork back into the cooking liquid to absorb the green chile marinade.
Serve with warm corn tortillas, avocado sauce, cilantro and onion.
