    Cook noodles in a large pot, following package directions. Drain well, then return to pot.

    Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then chicken. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, 3 to 6 minutes. Add broccoli and bean sprouts. Cook, stirring frequently, until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes.

    Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and bouillon in a small bowl until smooth. Stir into chicken mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, until thick and bubbly, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve stir-fry over noodles.
