Grilled Banana S’mores

Thought there was no way s'mores could get more delicious? Think again. Bananas take them to another level. They key to grilling your bananas easily is leaving the peel on. Just cut the banana in half lengthwise and grill while you get your other banana s'mores ingredients ready.

Tip: If you don't have an open fire available, grill your marshmallows over the flames of your bbq.

    Preheat barbecue to medium (300°F to 350°F).

    Oil grill. Leaving peel on, slice bananas in half lengthwise. Place bananas on grill, cut-side-down. Grill bananas, with lid open, until grill marks form, about 2 to 4 minutes. Flip bananas and grill 3 more minutes.

    Meanwhile, roast marshmallows over a fire, using a stick or wire, until browned. Immediately place on one square graham cracker and top with 3 chocolate pieces.

    Remove bananas from grill. Set aside to cool slightly. Remove peels and cut bananas into large chunks. Place banana chunks on top of chocolate. Top with remaining graham cracker. Serve immediately.
