Grilled Banana-Pecan Sundaes
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Combine margarine and brown sugar in a small saucepan set over low. Cook, stirring, until sugar melts, about 1 minute. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
Brush brown sugar mixture all over peeled whole bananas.
Oil grill. Barbecue bananas, brushing often with remaining brown sugar mixture, until lightly golden, about 1 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board.
Cut warm bananas into 2-in pieces. Divide bananas amongst four serving dishes. Top each with a scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with caramel topping. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve immediately.
