Grilled Buffalo Chicken Salad
Blend Becel® Buttery Taste Margarine with cayenne pepper sauce in small bowl; divide mixture in half and set aside. Grill or broil chicken, turning once and brushing frequently with half the cayenne pepper sauce mixture, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 12 minutes. Let cool slightly; thinly slice and toss with remaining 1/2 of the cayenne pepper sauce mixture. Arrange lettuce, celery, carrots and cucumber on serving platter. Top with chicken, then drizzle with dressing.
