Chicken and veggies are tossed in a flavourful blend of spices and lime juice then grilled to perfection. But the trick that makes this grilled chicken tacos recipe stand out in a crowd? Toss the taco filling in sour cream before serving in warm tortillas.

    Preheat barbecue to medium-high.

    Combine chicken stock concentrate, cilantro, lime juice, oil, garlic and cumin in a large bowl. Add chicken, onion and bell peppers. Toss to coat.

    Oil grill. Barbecue vegetables until charred and tender, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Barbecue chicken until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast reads 165°F, about 6 to 7 minutes per side. Transfer vegetables and chicken to a cutting board.

    Slice chicken. Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces, then transfer to a large bowl. Stir in sour cream. Serve chicken and vegetables with tortillas and your favourite taco toppings.
