Grilled Chicken & Vegetables
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Combine oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in small bowl. Toss chicken with half of the oil mixture.
Toss zucchini, onion and bell pepper with remaining half of the oil mixture in a large bowl to coat.
Oil grill. Barbecue chicken, lid closed, until an instant-read thermometre inserted in the thickest part reaches 165°F, about 12 minutes per side depending on the piece (smaller pieces will cook more quickly). Barbecue vegetables until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, prepare Cheddar and Broccoli Rice following package directions. Serve with chicken and vegetables.
