Italian-Style Grilled Corn On The Cob
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Oil grill. Barbecue corn, turning every 2 minutes, until slightly charred, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Drizzle honey on a large shallow microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high until hot, about 20 seconds. Stir in oil and dressing.
Spread cheese on a large plate.
Roll grilled corn in honey mixture, then roll in cheese to coat. Sprinkle with mint, red pepper flakes and black pepper.
