Grilled Halibut With Lemon Herb Crust
Preheat grill on high for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-high. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, lemon peel, salt and pepper. Add margarine and toss to form a crumbly mixture. In another bowl, combine Hellmann's® ½ the Fat and tarragon. Spread each fillet with mayo mixture, then sprinkle with crumb mixture. Arrange fillets on BBQ skin-side-down. Lower lid and cook until fish flakes easily with fork and topping is nicely browned (about 10 to 12 minutes). Drizzle lemon juice over each fillet. Serve immediately.
