Grilled peppers, zucchini and chicken add the perfect amount of char to this chicken jalapeño pasta recipe. Squeeze a lime onto the pasta before you dig in, and you have the perfect meal packed with summer flavour.

    Preheat barbecue to medium. Grill jalapeño pepper, turning often, until charred all over, about 5 minutes. Wrap in foil and set aside for 10 minutes. Rub to remove skin. Halve, seed and finely chop jalapeño pepper. Set aside. Increase heat to medium-high.

    Prepare chicken pasta mix following package directions. Stir in jalapeño pepper. Set aside and keep warm.

    Combine oil, stock mix, lime juice and zest in a small bowl. Brush mixture all over zucchini and chicken.

    Oil grill. Cook zucchini and chicken, flipping halfway, until zucchini is tender and an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast reads 165°F, about 6 minutes. Cut into bite-size pieces.

    Serve chicken and zucchini with pasta. Serve with a lime wedge, if desired.
