Grilled Mini Potatoes Recipe
Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Cut four 12-in square pieces of foil.
Toss potatoes with oil, rosemary and salt. Divide potatoes equally among foil sheets. Wrap potatoes into packets.
Barbecue foil packets, flipping halfway, until potatoes are fork tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with a grilled steak and salad, if desired.
