Grilled Peaches & Goat Cheese Salad Recipe
Whisk oil, vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Pour into a rimmed baking sheet.
Arrange plums and peaches, cut-side-down, in dressing in sheet.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Grill plums and peaches, cut-side-down, for 2 minutes. Then place, cut-side-up, back in dressing. Set aside to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, arrange arugula, basil and mint on a large platter. Top with fruit. Spoon dressing from sheet over salad. Top with goat cheese and walnuts.
