Broccoli & Cheese Whole Wheat Pasta
Cook rotini in a large pot of water following package directions. Add frozen broccoli for last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain and set aside.
Whisk 1/2 cup milk, corn starch, Dijon and seasoning salt in a medium bowl until smooth. Set aside.
Pour remaining 2 1/2 cups milk into a large saucepan set over medium-high. Bring to a simmer. Slowly pour in corn starch mixture while whisking constantly. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Add pasta and broccoli to cheese sauce. Stir to combine. Serve immediately.
