Maple Walnut Ice Cream Cake
Tip: Prepare the day before, or five hours in advance to ensure the cake sets in the freezer.
Scoop 1 tub maple walnut ice cream into an 8- or 9-in spring-form pan, pressing down to form an even layer almost to the edge.
Arrange wafer roll cookies vertically against side of pan with sides touching. Press ice cream against cookies to help stand up.
Sprinkle toffee bits overtop in an even layer. Then scoop remaining tub ice cream over, pressing to form an even layer. Top with chocolate kisses. Cover and freeze 5 hours or overnight.
To serve, remove ring from pan and arrange cake on serving platter. Decorate, if desired, with ribbon. Serve immediately.
