Hearty Italian Tomato Soup
Tip: Fresh basil and oregano will really make the flavour pop if you have it on hand.
Heat a large saucepan over medium. Add margarine, onion, celery, carrots and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in broth, tomatoes, cabbage, parsley, basil and oregano. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
Stir in beans and pasta. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 20 minutes.
