Penne with Vegetables Recipe

Fresh vegetables are cooked with tomato Alfredo pasta and garnished with Asiago cheese for a delicious dish. This penne with vegetables recipe is also a good source of calcium and other nutrients. Stir in a sprinkling of cheese, and enjoy!

    Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add oil, then onion, broccoli and bell peppers. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

    Add tomato Alfredo pasta to frying pan, and cook following package directions.

    Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. Stir in cheese before serving.
