    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 350˚F.

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing well.

    Place mixture in a 9x13-in baking pan, then shape into a loaf.

    Bake until an instant-read thermometre inserted into the centre reads 160˚F, about 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
