
Homemade Fruit Leather Recipe

Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 170°F. Line a 10x15-in baking sheet with parchment.

Add berries and honey to a food processor. Purée until smooth, about 30 seconds. Slowly pour mixture on prepared sheet. Use a spatula to spread mixture evenly over parchment.

Bake until entire surface of fruit is dry to the touch and no longer yields under fingertip pressure, about 6 hours.

Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.

Carefully remove dried fruit from parchment paper. Using scissors or a sharp knife, cut fruit into 12 strips. Roll strips from end to end and place in an airtight container.
