Honey Garlic Surf n’ Turf Kebabs
Reserve 1/3 cup honey garlic cooking sauce in a small bowl.
Toss remaining honey garlic cooking sauce with steak in a large shallow dish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or for up to 4 hours.) Remove from the fridge and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Remove meat from marinade. Discard marinade. Thread steak, shrimp, zucchini, onions and cherry tomatoes onto 8 metal skewers.
Oil grill. Barbecue skewers, basting occasionally with reserved 1/3 cup honey garlic cooking sauce, turning once, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into steak reads 145°F, for medium-rare, about 10 to 12 minutes.
