Honey Mustard Pork Chops Recipe
Prepare side dish following package directions.
Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then pork chops. Cook until chops are browned, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer chops to a plate.
Add carrots and water to pan. Cook, covered, until carrots are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in honey and mustard. Return chops and any juices to pan. Simmer until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of chops reads 160°F, about 2 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
Serve the pork chops and carrots with rice.
