Honey-Pecan Chicken Strips Recipe

These honey-pecan chicken strips are golden, crunchy and totally dunkable. And Hellmann's® Mayonnaise makes a fantastic and satisfying dip—just add in your favourite flavours. Here we combine it with honey and Dijon to perfectly complement the chicken strips.

    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

    Combine margarine and 2 tbsp of the honey in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high until melted, about 20 seconds. Stir.

    Combine pecans, bread crumbs, brown sugar, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.

    Coat chicken with margarine mixture, then roll in pecan mixture. Arrange on prepared sheet.

    Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, mustard and remaining 1 tbsp honey in a small bowl. Serve chicken with dipping sauce on the side.
